So whoever came up with this recipe&#8230; thanks!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bodacious Blueberry Muffins<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 3\/4 cup flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 c sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 t baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 t salt<\/li>\n<li>1 beaten egg<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 c milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c oil<\/li>\n<li>1 t vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1 c blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.\u00a0 Mix wet ingredients in a bowl, and gently stir both together just until mixed.\u00a0 Add blueberries.\u00a0 Place in greased muffin tins and bake at 400 for 25 min. (12 muffins)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crumb topping<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 c packed brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 c (2 T) flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 t cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 T softened butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix together until it resembles cornmeal.\u00a0 Top muffins before baking.
