Outrageous Chocolate Cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marthastewart.com\/portal\/site\/mslo\/menuitem.fc77a0dbc44dd1611e3bf410b5900aa0\/?vgnextoid=7fdaf9d49f90f010VgnVCM1000003d370a0aRCRD&amp;xsc=eml_edf_2008_03_18\" target=\"_blank\">Courtesy of Martha Stewart<\/a>&#8230; these cookies live up to their name!!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"ms-col2-article-body\">\n<div class=\"ms-col2-article-body-inner\">\n<div class=\"ms-col2-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/family\/moz-screenshot.jpg\" \/>8 ounces semisweet chocolate, roughly chopped<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cup all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup packed light-brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chunks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ms-col2-article-body\">\n<div class=\"ms-col2-article-body-inner last\">\n<div class=\"ms-col2-recipe-directions\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<span>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat chopped chocolate and butter in<br \/>\na microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring in between,<br \/>\nuntil almost melted; do not overheat. In another bowl, whisk together<br \/>\nflour, baking powder, and salt.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<span>In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla on high<br \/>\nspeed until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low; beat in melted<br \/>\nchocolate. Mix in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate<br \/>\nchunks.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<span>Drop heaping tablespoons of dough 2 to 3 inches apart onto baking<br \/>\nsheets. Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, until cookies are shiny<br \/>\nand crackly yet soft in centers, 12 to 15 minutes.
