Pumpkin Patch Fun!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Old Baker Farm is becoming a fall tradition for us.\u00a0 I remember our first trip with Brian&#8217;s parents in 2005 with their church for the hayride to the patch, pumpkin pickin&#8217;, and bonfires with hot dogs and s&#8217;mores.\u00a0 I was newly pregnant with Josiah, and Analise was our little 15-month old pumpkin at that time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"She was a little pumpkin...\" src=\"\/photos\/family\/pumpkin\/pumpkinsitter.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In 2006, we had 2 little pumpkins&#8230; Analise was 2 and Josiah was just 4 months old&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"2006 J was a little pumpkin\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toonesalive.com\/photos\/family\/06-oct\/lil-pumpkin.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"315\" height=\"420\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Analise in 2005\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toonesalive.com\/photos\/family\/06-oct\/a-tractor.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"263\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Last year, Josiah was a bit bigger, opting to carry his own pumpkin&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"J in 2007\" src=\"http:\/\/www.toonesalive.com\/photos\/family\/07-oct\/j-pumpkin.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"585\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This year was just as fun.\u00a0 It was their Cotton Pickin&#8217; Celebration at Old Baker Farm, and the cotton fields were bursting with fluffy white bolls.\u00a0 Analise had been there on Wednesday with school, so she enjoyed showing us around and telling us the rules.\u00a0 The kids climbed all over the hay bales in the maze, we munched on a picnic lunch, we visited the animals in the barn, and bounced in the cotton.\u00a0 There was also going to be a battle reenactment, so there were lots of people dressed in beautiful old-time clothing, as well as a colorful group of Indian dancers who performed.\u00a0 We took the tractor hayride out to the field, tromped around looking for the perfect pumpkins.\u00a0 On our way back, we caught a ride on the horse-drawn hayride, and the kids got to ride up front and even help &#8220;drive&#8221;.\u00a0 It made their day!\u00a0 We wrapped up the day creating our no-mess pumpkin family for the front porch.\u00a0 Happy fall, y&#8217;all!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
